Beverley

Beverly Racecourse is a venue for thoroughbred horse racing that is located in the famous town of Beverly in the East Riding of Yorkshire, England. The inaugural meeting at Beverly Racecourse was convened in 1767, prior to which only a few races had taken place at the sporting amenity.

Catterick

Catterick Bridge Racecourse is a thoroughbred horse racing site that is found in the hamlet of the Catterick Bridge – North Yorkshire, England. The horse riding grounds recorded the first ever racing occasion in 1783, although the exact date and month is still a debated subject among horse racing historians today.

Doncaster

Also known as the Town Moor course, Doncaster Racecourse is situated in Doncaster, South Yorkshire – England. The racecourse is particularly famous for hosting some singularly popular races in Great Britain – the St. Leger Stakes and the Racing Post Trophy. 

Doncaster Racecourse is indisputably one of the oldest facilities of its kind in the whole of Europe and Britain in particular. Racing dates back to the first decades of the 16th century. According to the available records, annual meetings have been held at the racecourse for well over four centuries, exempting a hiatus that occurred at the time of the world wars.

Pontefract

Pontefract Racecourse is a well-known horse sporting venue that is located in Pontefract in West Yorkshire – England. It is one of the renowned racing facilities in Yorkshire. The left-handed course undulates through a sharp bend into the well-designed home straight. 

Owing to its exquisite layout, Pontefract is widely liked by racegoers and trainers alike. Due to its unique design, horses drawn low on the inside of track usually have a slight advantage over those on the outside. Again, the course is quite testing since the three final furlongs are uphill. Nonetheless, the course is still a top favourite to hundreds of racegoers and trainers out there.

Redcar

Redcar Racecourse is horse sporting venue that is located in Redcar in North Yorkshire – England. The Yorkshire’s sea track, Redcar is perfectly flat and oval in shape. It was constructed at its present location in 1870, prior to which it was positioned at Coatham. One of the most important racing sites in Yorkshire, Redcar has grown in popularity over the years to become an influential horse riding venue in Britain.

Ripon

Ripon Racecourse is a thoroughbred horse racing venue that is situated in North Yorkshire, England. Also popularly referred to as the Garden Racecourse, it is one of the most influential racing facilities in Britain. Before being moved to Boroughbridge Road on the 6th August 1900, racing activities had taken place in various other parts of the North Yorkshire region. 

Ripon Racecourse has attracted an increasingly large number of racegoers and racing fans from the United Kingdom and the whole of Europe as well. Ripon is, therefore, one of the most widely visited horse riding establishments in the country that have enjoyed well over three centuries of racing success as it was founded in 1664.

Thirsk

Thirsk Racecourse is a thoroughbred racing site situated in Thirsk, North Yorkshire - England. The racecourse is a left-handed oval of an estimated 1m and 2 furlongs with a 3-furlong finishing straight and a 6-furlong chute. The current course was opened to the general public in 1923, but racing activities had taken place on the older grounds over 200 years before.

The major road from Ripon to Thirsk goes past the racecourse, and it is very trendy with northern trainers and racegoers. As such, the accessibility of the world-famous facility is markedly enhanced by this well-maintained road network. This is one of biggest reasons why Thirsk’s racing events continue to receive ever-soaring numbers of enthusiastic spectators from all over the country.

Wetherby

Wetherby Racecourse is a prominent racing facility situated close to the town of Wetherby in the western Britain - about twelve miles (19 km) away from Leeds civic centre. Originally, dedicated to National Hunt events it staged its initial Flat racing occasions in April 2015.

Wetherby Racecourse is positioned on the York Road, straight adjacent to the A1 (M). The racing facility can also be visited from Walton Road at the back of the great stands.
